Who we are

So you know who to expect at your door (see picture above)… hi there, I’m Will Woolford, Director and Business Owner of Thermoflux Plumbing and Heating, Basingstoke.

WHERE IT ALL BEGUN

I begun my journey in to the industry in 2003 as an apprentice for largest energy company in the UK, British Gas. On completion of this, I spent a further 7 years with the company as a Heating Installation Engineer. British Gas was a great start in my career, learning on the job the ins and outs of boiler changes, conversions and full heating installation. Plus customer care and relations.

Evolution of Thermoflux

On return of a gap year travelling (one of the greatest experiences) I started up Thermoflux Plumbing and Heating. Over the years, I expanded in to servicing more general plumbing installations and maintenance to full bathroom renovations. With over 18 years experience in the industry, I now cover most aspects of plumbing and heating in the domestic market. I am fully insured and accredited. See list below of aspects covered:
